• We using divided box is 125 type, which has two years warranty.
• New design use 4 heaters & 1 curling equipment, normal machine design only 3 heaters & 1 curling equipment, new design keep sure cup will not any leakage problem.
• We use big and thickness bearing on a machine that is easy for machine target higher speed will not break, normal machine bearing is weak if the machine running a long time or target high speed very easily broken.
• New machine design use double belt connect reducer and main motor, normal machine design only single belt, double belt for keep machine stable running also less broken.
• We used three-tier chain in a new machine, normal machine design uses two-tier chain. Three tier chain for keep machine stable running while the machine speed going higher (50 pcs/min).
• New design we adopt the pushdown cup stainless steel shaft, old design only simple iron rail which only double shaft easy broken and rust.
• New design cup machine inside paper fan sealing parts with bend rod design, the machine running with high-speed paper fan sealing will not be jam.
